Dr Lucas Kello writes on the Cyber Revolution

Lucas Kello, DPhil in International Relations (2012), has written an article - 'The Meaning of the Cyber Revolution: Perils to Theory and Statecraft' - that is featured on the cover of the Fall 2013 edition of the journal International Security.

He has also written a companion piece to this article, an essay entitled The Skeptics Misconstrue the Cyber Revolution, that was recently published by the International Security Studies Forum (a production of the journals International Security, Security Studies, and the Journal of Strategic Studies).
